I have never come across a detailed journey like this. Bookmarked for inspiration, will definitely take something from what you have shared and implement it, Thanks man. Highly appreciate it and wish you all the success :)

I have probably only spent 5 hours on my money site network this month and that was to order and publish a few bits of content for more tests. As my two main sites are starting to perform well I am probably going to look to start scaling my money site portfolio up come January. I want to do as little as possible IM wise in December to try and minimise outgoings to leave me with as much cash available as possible for new sites so the only thing I plan to do for December is pick up a AHRefs subscription to do keyword research for my money sites in my scaling phase.

The last of my SER based money sites is my adsense site and its slowly dying. It still managed to pull around £30 this month though and it was profitable over a year ago so anything it can earn is just cash for crypto or content. The first week of November was very strong for my two Amazon sites and they were on track to pull $750 but their conversion rate dropped massivly for weeks two, three and most of four. Although this maybe just one of them things, I have seen this and this that lead me to thing Amazon may have a bug with their dashboard. Although Black Friday and Cyber Monday were in November I never really saw that much of a bump in my traffic so I am hoping that December performs similar or better to November. If the amazon based sites stay ontrack with similar traffic to November and the average conversion rate for the full month of November then one will be profitable midway through December and the other by early January. The full project should be profitable around March/April 2018 will all of the failed sites having been paid for by the two Amazon sites.

I reshuffled my crypto portfolio to focus on Ethereum and OmiseGo with a small holding of Bitcoin, until the crash two or three days ago it was up almost 50% in value but its currently up just over 36%. I have reached my current target for Ethereum holdings and plan to put my next round of cash into OmiseGo to try and get as much as possible while it is still cheap. If the OmiseGo team are able to hard fork it onto its own block chain and rollout its POS system without problems I think the token will be worth much more by December 2018 but the main thing I am excited about is earning a passive income from its POS system.

My thoughts exactly, ive been reading Shaunm's stuff at GSA forum and here for a while now, i've learned a lot from his posts. He's doing the forum members a massive favor, saving us time and money on testing and reporting it religiously almost daily. He is off-course not the only one who is sharing methods and results but rarely youll find more professional analysis.

Wish you all the best with your journey @Shaunm

Cheers :) Never seen a point in locking stuff behind a paywall or putting it in some ebook so I just released it for free supported bu affiliatel inks. Depending how my projects scale I may release my own toolset in the future or start consulting or something but I still plan to publish my case studies and stuff for free but I will probably move my focus to my YouTube channel rather than my blog.

I think YouTube is best, especially with your niche. Matthew Woodward is probably the only big guy in the space that has content... and it's pretty outdated (still good though), I see a big opportunity for you there

Pretty much my thinking exactly :) I'm not the biggest fan of writing either and used to edit gaming videos back in the day and kind of enjoy that and it could serve as a creative outlet for me too.

Cheers dude, means alot :).

I was planning to start uploading in January but I may wait until April time so that I can make videos about the sites I make in January as they should be aged in by then.

I really like your systematic way of doing things!

How many of these sites are you planning to scale in Jan?

Cheers

Cheers :).

Not 100% sure how many I will build in January as I have to balance scaling with Crypto investing and living costs. I picked up AHRefs on the 1st December to start making keyword batched for niche sites and I currently have 13 keyword batches but plan to get as many as possible while I have an active sub.

When making the sites my plan is to make 10-15 money pages on each money site along with some filler and then as the site start to earn, reinvest part of its income into scaling that individual site. use some cash to create others using the same model, put some of the cash into crypto and live off as little amount as possible to allow me to scale quicker.

I currently have 5 second generation tests planned with 3 of them being built to maxamise profit while also observing the effects of a few tweaks. One of them will be a zero back linking domain for at least 12 month to see what happens and then after the initial 12 month I may build backlinks to it to get some cash from it and then fifth is more of a super low comp keyword display as model as I want to test a theory I have for potential Adsense based sites.

Good luck mate and motivational and awesome journey.

Cheers man :)

Inspirational earnings mate, I have bookmarked this thread and will read it from start.

Its a pretty long read :P. I'm hoping that I have only just scratched the surface of the earnings potential though, my goal is $10,000 + per month.

Cheers :).

Sounds like a plan!

Are you planning to do these on expired domains or fresh ones?

I've personally been testing on expired domains, and obviously are a slight boost compared to fresh domains but I feel they still have some of sandbox preventing them from entering the front page for those competitve KWs.

Fresh domains but I have been toying with the idea of building a small money site on an expired domain for a while so may try one.

That would be pretty cool. Are you making your sites with AMP? Keep hearing people talk about it
