6 days ago I deposited $10 bucks in Cheappanel because I needed to buy a service no one was selling. But Cheappanel had it available. And it was supposed to be Instant delivery. So I deposited money and bought the service.

A few hours later the service was not being delivered, and I contacted Cheappanel. No response. About 24 hours I did a Paypal chargeback, and sent the seller a message on Paypal. They didn't reply on Paypal either. It's been 6 days since I contacted the guy on the panel, no reply. It's been 5 days since my Paypal chargeback and message, no reply.

I just escalated the chargeback/dispute to a claim, and now I have to wait for Paypal (according to what they say) for up to 30 days to work it out.

So stay away from this panel. It's one thing to not deliver a service, but to hijack my money and then full ignore me and not even refund me on Paypal after my chargeback, that's another thing. It's downright offensive. So I made this thread to warn people, just in case.

Maybe that $10 is a inexpensive lesson in doing your due diligence before making a purchase. His customer support is obviously awful, and it's clearly a one-man show attempting to appear as a "team". The fact that the panel BST has been closed for almost three months should have clued you in.

Yeah i used to use cheappanel long ago when it was active-ish. Then eventually the site died, their blackhatworld thread was closed, and I stopped using them. Cheappanel was always pretty shitty in terms of communication and customer support though.

But a few days ago I needed a service, and I checked cheappanel and they had it, so I thought fuck why not, for old times sake. Deposited $10 bucks :p

Anyway I'll get it back. Paypal has to give it back to me. Why wouldn't they.

That thread is like an iceberg... we only see the very top and underneath is a ton more.

I did a lot of research back when that began and came to the conclusion that he will never have a sales thread on BHW ever again.

Yeah you know, another thought that crossed my mind when I deposited the $10 bucks the other day was, even though I've had a bad experience with them, they've been around for a long time, and seeing as their Blackhatworld thread is dead, I wouldn't know it if they got their shit together or not. And I gotta be frank, they do live up to their name in terms of prices. They're dirt cheap, always been (prices entice me, I'm a capitalist, I wanna get the most bang for my buck hehe).

So the $10 was an effort to deliver this service I needed which suddenly overnight no one could deliver, and also an attempt to see if this panel may be functional again. Always feeling comfort in knowing I can do a chargeback if things don't work out. Well, things didn't work out, it turned out to be a waste of time and effort.

Yeah I agree he shouldn't be allowed to sell on BHW again.
