the price in the OP is in euro, so 229 euro + taxes is the normal price. USD or other currency will differ of course based on current exchange rates.
however that is without the blackfriday discount which will reduce it 30%
let me answer your questions:
1) it comes with a few plugins included, but there are also additional plugins available to purchase on our website which are not required and can be purchased later if you want.
2) you can use it with (or create) as many wp installs and domains as you want

Super thank u mate!!! Question: U think is good to mix argocloak with finalcloak ? In same PBN i mean. I create new PBN with Argo (41 domain now is just small) and want to test on have different cloaking on sites. What u think?

well finalcloak is much more advanced so i would keep only that. doesn't really make sense
also with fc you can use the standalone version and let all sites maintain the same data.anyways this thread is about argo content generator only, so please just PM me any question regarding my other software. hope you understand
