Hello Folks,

I am at a point where I can not balance between my full-time gig and affiliate marketing side gig. In short, my affiliate sites have started doing well and I do not have enough time to handle everything on my own to scale and grow.

My current system is pretty simple:

I take care of keyword research website development, content formatting, on-page, indexing and social media. And I hire people for content creation, editing and off-page SEO.

My sites have seen steady growth and I believe they are at the peak where they do not have enough room for growing.

I enjoy my full-time gig and do not want to change it but at the same time, I also want to grow and scale my websites.

I am wondering if anyone has gone through the similar phase and managed to figure out a system. I am thinking about hiring full-time/part-time VAs but quite not sure about what role and what tasks?

I would love to get some help if you have cracked the code - what was your process? what's your current organization structure look like?

I was a VA for few months before starting my own site.
Just my 2 cents:
VA should not "think" about your success, VA should only do small repetitive tasks.
Their responsibility is simply finishing the task on time and without mistake. Never beyond that.
