@inforcery
you must provide your'e infiniproxy username here. on BHW so that @The Doctor can identify your'e account..
Why are people cancelling and also you are unable to take new orders?
Is this some error or you are out of business temporarily?
Pls PM me if you open for new orders
Does this mean that i can get unlimited Ip's from philippines if i purchased the dev pack?
Don't see why that required when i have opened 7 tickets!
My username is Davisg
What abysmal support, I have been trying for 6 days to cancel my subscription.

The whole site crashes whenever you try to create a proxy pool. Nothing works.
@The Doctor
i would like to inquire something.. if we were using ipv6/64 and 1 ip is block from that subnet. does this mean that all ip's from that pool is block also?
I can confirm I got my refund. Thanks.
No problem but damn, you were right about the web server. When I had tested my fix, I was testing it from my admin interface, not from the Proxy Manager. Adding a pool causes nginx to crash. I've had enough of this crap. I'm reinstalling the whole server to run interworx and litespeed instead.
In the meantime, if anyone needs me to deploy any pools for them, please tell me your infiniproxy username and what size of pools you need. Getting the reinstall started now.
When do you estimate we can use this service? Really anxious to use your proxies again...
Creating new pools ability is now finally restored. The first zone that is restored is FMT1 so please use that until the notice in the Proxy Manager says the rest are ready. Checkout page will be re-enabled soon.
Thanks
I hate to say this, but, for my account, nothing has changed: whenever I try to create a pool (FMT1), your site goes offline (error 502) and comes back after 30 minutes or so. And during this 30 minutes I've tried to access it from another laptop (different IP, too) but it doesn't work.
