Well, that's what make me believe, it's not all about luck .. Of course, there is some but there are his efforts too. There is some mystery going on ofcourse he is not that stupid to reveal everything in that case study, or maybe he wrote that case study only to gain few authority backlinks from SEO and marketer's sites and since a lot of marketers are now studying his site, so he might be having a lot of brand searching in google and low dwell time .. Well, I must say whatever he is doing, he is good at it... its not all about luck Kappa...

Yes he did a lot's of hard work with smart work too. That made his all keywords ranking on the 1st SERP. But still I believe he got a very lucky luck.

Paul and Angela are a couple people who used to have a popular link providing service.
They had a paid monthly service where they just sent you high PR profile link URLs.
Was a long while ago though, back when profile links were strong.
I think they still around, but it was always a pretty dumb service.
