I am based in the UK and plan to use scrapebox for scraping email addresses from small UK companies using google.co.uk keyword with town searches. Should I be buying UK located proxies for this or does google.co.uk return the same results no matter what country the proxy is located in? If I do need UK located proxies – does anyone recommend a good supplier?

Google can return different results for different UK based ips, in fact it can return different results for the same IP based on the browser or settings used.
You can take the same IP and setup different browsers and different settings and get more then a dozen different sets of results from google.co.uk or any other google, let alone ips from another country.
But I doubt you were looking to dig that deep. The short answer is you may get more desirable results with UK based proxies then with another country, from google anyway. As for scraping mails or other data from teh end sites, the ip address is irrelevant, unless the sites were to randomly block a given country, but that would be the exception not the rule.
However I do not necessarily have a supplier. You can look at the general proxy places I recommend/use below, but they may or may not really have UK based proxies, I haven't completely scoped them out for that.
