Shopify Payments for non-US

Hi!
Could you suggest a virtual bank account service that currently works with Shopify Payments?
It seems that Payoneer does not work anymore as routing number is refused and I am unable to find a different working solution.

Yes I have considered this option as well. There were some other companies mentioned here as well.
Still, I am bit concerned about legal and bookkeeping aspect of it, as I don't know anything about these things.
And I have read penalties can be huge if reports are missed and not supplied in time.
Would be interesting to hear some more experiences

Already using it but only few people like to pay with Paypal.
Most like to use card payments.
Also I have heard horror stories about freezing accounts after 20 payments (buyer protections etc.)

Are you a non us citizen?
You need a usa stripe account for your business?
Here you can get it fully verified USA stripe with EIN, usa phone number, usa address...
cheaper than stripe ATLAS and in 2 hours.
You just have to make your store professional and you leave us the rest.
