if you want to serach something specific, use the forum serach bar or use google's following command. say if you wanna search for shit related to facebook.
type in
facebook site:blackhatworld.com
or
facebook method site:blackhatworld.com ( will return threads related to these 2 keywords )
or
method site:blackhatworld.com ( will return threads related to these keywords)
similarly you can search for many other things.
also another thing, you can milk noobs in other forums such as warrio-shit fourm, but you can't do that here. you'll get fucked pretty bad. trust me.

When you buy a service, read the LATEST reviews of it, and see the persons profile ( the one who gives the review ), so that you know the profile is legit and not one of the sellers profile itself.
do NOT invest unless you're confident you know the basic CONCEPT.
