At any time they are available to fix any issue had on the server it doesn't matter for them day or night someone or the other will be always to fix or help you with any problem you have
you will not need to worry about anything ,even if u don't know stuff or did something that made the server go slow, they just don't care what it is they will help you with it and fix it asap.

The best server at the best price previously i was using Godaddy server which was making my sites run like a snail as well paying a huge amount i don't even pay 50% amount i paid at go-daddy for this server at HostStage but the quality i received was way better than of Godaddy and my sites showed a way great improvement in load speed on these server than of Godaddy. @HostStage This guy was really really helpful to me to setup the server and get it running as i was complete new to setting up a VPS or anything but i did not have anything to worry because this guy
was there to help me and sort all the noob question i had and to fix anything ,as my previous sites where hacked which made me move my server and this guy helped me with security tips etc i should do
keep the sites running without another attack.
