Both one for 12 dollars from fever. 400 words, after getting it, I found that guys whose writing about app not website. :D So I needed to ask for rewriting. When he made about website, he named my website king user, not meet king. :D So I accepted and left 3 stars in review, after few hours he started to complain that this will gonna screw his rank because he is level 2 seller. So there you go fiverr article, I will never gonna order there article, dam dude if you are native english it is dam essay to write 400 words article. I can easy make article using my language.
 
I gave up using writers. I have a tough niche and would always provide examples of my own articles, for technical reference, but have yet to find anyone willing to invest the time to write a good quality article.

I tried a dozen different services on Fiverr, from a $20 1000 word article, to one who was considered "professional" that charged $60. Some of them were so bad, I wouldn't even use them on tier3. A few were decent enough to use on tier 2. All of them had "filler content," such as "you should always considering doing this the best way." and other nonsense sentences use to make the article a certain word count.

Here's what I do now, for my "qualitfy web 2.0 sites". I write a high quality article myself. I then take it and hand spin it. In other words, I go through in notepad and literally replace phrases in every sentence, with alternative ways of saying the same thing, and create my own spintax. Sometimes I do nested spintax. The H tags are spintax. Visually, it looks like one HUGE mess.

Once I'm done, I put the article in a free article spinner site online, that will take an article in spintax format and output it. I do this half a dozen times and read each one, to make sure they read well. These are so highly spun, that I can easily use them at least ten times and they never look/read the same.

Over time, I build these up (a few articles per month, so it's not so overwhelming), then I take paragraphs from several of these and combine them into a new document, that I can now spin again.

It takes more time up front, but once you have a dozen of these, you can pick and pull from them over and over again, and because you spun them manually, they will read better than what you could get from any commercial spinner. The other advantage of this, is you can always have an article ready to go if you find a really good site to post it on.

All of these I use for my main (quality) web 2.0 properties. The ones that I'm working to rank well for, the ones that point back to my money sites.

I also use these when I buy one off blog posts on good quality sites, rather than rely upon the author to "spin" something from crap.

For white hat, writing your own articles and spinning them yourself, ensures you will have above average quality spun content. In fact, because they are quality articles using quality spintax, they always read like new quality articles. Be sure and save them, both the original format, as well as the spintax, so you can build these up, and then copy segments from some to create a new one.

Tips when using manually spun content:

1) When you include your link, always try to use a different sentence/keyword phrase to link out, so they are never the same.

2) If/when including images, use different images and put them in different places in the output spun article, so they are never in the same place.

Wow this is amazing. On reading this I started understand how I`m white in seo, and why I whose unsuccessful in soe 3 years back...

You paid $12 for a 400 word article on Fiverr?
 
BHW marketplace, iwriter, fiverr, upwork... try them all and the experience is: you have to be detailed in your instructions, I mean really detailed (Is you want 1k words article you must send them at least 300-400 words as a construction of an article) otherwise you will get crap. Not because they are bad writers, you will get crap because they are not familiar with the niche you need.
 
There's plenty of good writers in the Content/Copywriting section.

Browse thru the various content-writing services that are available in the marketplace and I'm sure you'll come across a writer that can accommodate both your budget and project requirements.
 
I use textbroker.com and tend to be really picky about who writes for me, and have found some excellent writers.

Also, I send a very detailed scope of work, instructions, and details for the writer. Another thing I take in into consideration is that you get what you pay for. Not that there isn't a time and place for 500 word $5 articles, but lately I find myself in scenarios that require a higher quality than that.
 
Jump in and try different writers. That's the only way to filter out the good from the bad.

I'd say go with writing your own articles and try to get a hang of how affiliate marketing works.
After that, get college students to write for you. Post in FB groups with college students where you're hiring freelancers. That would get you cheap awesome quality content.
 
What is your thoughts on Expired Article Hunter? It is cheap software.
