How to start? [Money Site]

Hello guys.
Can anyone suggest me please, how to create profitable money site. I'm a web developer and I know how to create fast and responsive website but it's only programming section.
I tried create some projects but unsuccessfully with 3 reason:
1. I can't found good niche (always too many competitors)
2. Bad SEO knowledge. (I know onPage SEO, but offPage it's trouble just lost my money)
3. English isn't my native language, so I can't write content for websites by myself

Questions:
1. How many money I need for start? (I don't want to create something big, I want to start with smaller project, then create network step-by-step)
2. Where can I found cheap but good writer to start? (Maybe it's primary question for me by now)
3. How to be with SEO for money site?

Please, share your experience with this. (Maybe with amazon affiliate website or adsense website)

As a niche take something your like or you know, but it is always hard to start from scratch.

1. $200 is good amount to start something.
2. Writing services are everywhere, such as fiverr or even here on BHW there are very cheap articles services, check the marketplace.
3. SEO takes time to learn but there is a lot of info here.

Why don't you start a site in your own language targeting people from your own country?
That will be the easiest and cheapest way of getting started.

People talk nonsense when they say there is no money to be made in their country and that they need to target a US/UK /ENGLISH/WESTERN audience.

You have free blogger hosting. Or you can buy premium ones.

Why don't you start a site in your own language targeting people from your own country?
That will be the easiest and cheapest way of getting started.

In my country really nonsense to start content site, because CPC in AdSense really low. The last practice with content website in my country, it's with 5000 unique users / day I received only $60. But it depend with niche. Last 2 years I'm working with Western audience becuase I don't want return back.

Just do keyword research, go after longtails and stick at it. The more competitive the niche usually the larger payout in the end.

As @Asif WILSON Khan said, why must it be in English? Why not your native tongue?
Doing this might mean less competition.
What do you know about ONPage? So many people say that, but mostly they just jam a bunch of header keywords and such.
Why not build your own tier 1? Hell, don't even start a self hosted blog yet, get a blogspot and write about your selected niche in your own tongue, aim for something VERY niched down, see what it lands, build it up a bit, share it out socially, buy some cheapy $5 web2 backlinks, then blast those with GSA($5), then wait and see where it lands. Build up a little behind it, instapaper, pinterest, image sharing. Then build a wordpress.com blog and follow suit. Then a weebly, follow suit. Then a tumblr, follow suit. COntinue like this, learning along the way Now you have 4+ potentially ranking web2s targeting your niche. Now make your own site and you have 4+ decent backlinks to start with.
Hopefully you have learned something along this trip, by doing your starter steps manually and you won't have spent much money.

Starting an adult site is the worst thing to do when you're just starting out. If you have no experience, you will lose money faster than you can say shit. Adult sites are for people with experience in the field and have the money to burn.

Buy low competition keywords from experts here and then check how websites ranking on the first page are designed so you can do the same if not better.

Hi! I would suggest having a look at freelancers or students who have SEO knowledge. They should have a good English and at the same time to understand how to write the right content and make a proper keyword research. Of course, it depends on your site. Pay attention to the website pages pathway. It is important to make sure that it is convenient for your customers to go through pages to get what he/she wants. Btw, did you try promotion via social marketing?

The best way is to start with keyword research and find all the buyer keywords in a niche. Once you find the best keywords you can then optimize your site for them, rank your website, and start driving traffic.

If you're looking for affordable articles written by native English speakers, or at least someone who's proficient, I'd recommend trying Upwork. It'll take some searching and sorting, but you'll be able to find plenty of them there. I've found some decent writers from Africa, but there are plenty of US writers with little/no experience who are willing to write for cheap for experience.

You need a business model that isn't dependent on AdSense. Google can change how much (or how little) it gives you at any time. Likewise, most affiliate programs are the same.

If you can't create your own product or service, go out and find someone else's to promote. For example, I know a guy who promotes hotels and holiday accommodation in his area to a specific demographic who likes to visit his area for a particular sport. His website markets someone else's product (holiday property in country X) to a customer base in country Y that otherwise isn't exactly targeted. He makes between €60 and €100 for every week booked in a property. 30 properties on his books and a rate of 50% occupancy for 6 months of the year gives him a steady income of about €30k a year.

If you do that, you don't have to rely on SEO. You just need to form good relationships with website owners who have the audience you are looking for.

If you are going to go down the route of SEO, build a brand link profile first - leave valuable comments on relevant blogs and forums, and create social media profiles. The idea is not to bring you traffic from search engines (because these links are not powerful), but rather to start building a natural backlink profile. Once the business is making money, invest in real guest posts.
