Holy shit balls! This women been literally emailing me for 3 days straight telling me she is going to get me charged with wire fraud! Do you know why!? She put her email in my store and gets abandoned cart checkouts which she is unsubscribed now. I'm scared she is going to get another email and find where I live and put a colossal hook to my temple! I worked many jobs in my life and must say these online customers are nut bags!

No, she wasn't charged anything. It's called abandoned cart. All she had to do was unsubscribe from the emails. I explained that to her and she asked how did you get my email I don't want your merchandise... I'm calling the authorities and reporting you to the bbb. "She said I'm forcing her to buy things which is against the law and I could face criminal charges." Fucking joke!

If you are particularly worried about, in your shoes maybe I would temporary disactive the abandoned cart plugin / app and let a week to pass so if she try to frame you in the while she will miserably fail.

Abandoned cart emails are legal! Do you know how many emails I get from online stores when I abandoned a cart? I'm sure you have unsubscribe in your email. I'm sure the women is 100 years old lol

So when she wants to order from our website, she rings up and asks to speak to my partner to place the order and then gives all her card details over the phone ! This is despite being told on the 7 or 8 times she first ordered, all that happens is we input her details onto the same systems as if she'd done it herself.

Could be that someone put her email in(randomly or on purpose) and she honestly has 0 idea.

You have nothing to worry about. Had something similar when someone signed up for a free item and claimed t triggered their AV and destroyed their Outlook and forced them to re-install Windows (they claimed). It was a simple PDF but the name contained the word "Hack" that had triggered their AV.
"Get me off your mailing list before you send me more viruses" he was saying. It got pretty heated. Just bad timing. his Outlook (or whole Windows) just happened to be on the brink anyway I'd imagine, and my PDF arrived in his in tray at the wrong time and set off the chain reaction.

IN the end I was hoping he'd take it further. I'd done nothing wrong and could make a case study out of something that high profile and get some publicity. But it all ended and I stopped hearing from him (this was in 2013 BTW)
