Average rate is 200 and in the hot chick niche I managed to get about 1k a day

For me, it depends on what type of account you're growing. If you bought fresh accs, you need to warm up the accs first, then increase your follows per day. I do 10-30 follows a day for fresh accs around 2-3 weeks (this is the minimum since I'm growing in a certain niche and just wanted to be careful. This could take time i know, but it's to reduce ban rate.
For aged accs, i usually warm them up a bit (around 50-60 follows) around 2-3days, then start increasing the follows drastically.

edit : shit got the question wrong lol, anyways, expect low followback rates (or even search follows or tags follows whatever it is) for fresh accs. For aged accs, around 50-200 a day. This is the numbers i get with my bot settings

Depends on if I am on a follow cycle or not. When I am on a follow cycle (following people) I gain around 100 per. day on a 3500 follower account. When I am un-following people I usually gain 5-10 per. day on a 3500 follower account.

Why do you actually make a difference between following and unfollowing cycles? Is there a good reason you don't do something like 600 follows/600 unfollows a day?

I used IZ with all the Followliker crap was down and It's an easy interface but it unfollow was never good enough for me, it would add around 800 a day and only unfollow 650, even though my limits were set at F:900 UF:1000. And the scheduling was always annoying. I did like the setup for comments though, since it's browser based it doesn't require a VPS for the program and I could autofill with a thumbs up emoji, whereas I can't with FL.

I like to play it really safe on Instagram to avoid the possibility of getting banned or getting blocked from liking, following, etc. It's for this reason that I don't typically perform more than 600 total actions in a day. Whether this is 200 follows, 200 unfollows, 200 likes, or 300 follows, 200 unfollows, 100 likes, etc. I think being consistent leads to more success in the long term. Better off following 200 a day for 6 months than following 600 a day for 3 months and getting banned.
