Any good free instagram auto upload bot?

Hi im looking for an instagram bot that can upload from an archive/folder with a specific selection of tags. and thats it i dont need anything more and currently it only have to support 1 instagram account. so give me suggestions and etc in the comments below.
and btw do you need vpn to run the bot?

You do not need a VPN to run one account using a bot depending on where you use it.
I would recommend having a look at Gramblr, seems to be the most stable solution for now.
