Anyone recovered a permanently limited paypal?

I just got an email earlier today saying my account got permanently limited due "a payment I received or money I've withdrawn" from the account on 8th September but neither was done, I only made a $5 payment yesterday

I've been using PayPal like this for nearly 6 months and had a couple k in transactions and weirdest of all another guy I'm working with also got his account limited but his account is fully legit

I've had the same issue, but there's nothing "permanent" in this world. I contacted about 3-4 times the customer service till one of them said wait 5 minutes, came back and said: "You account has no limit".

So I would suggest talking to the live support (+1 888-221-1161) even though it will take about 30-40 minutes because now they will hold, transfer to another agent and bla bla. If you are legit and want to get that account back I really think you can.

The issue has been resolved, it was an error on their side
took 30 mins on the phone
