I always find it off when people ask questions like this. The HTML, CSS, and Javascript is all out in the open. As are all the source images that display in your browser. There is absolutely nothing stopping a person who knows the basics of web design from simply saving these elements and rebuilding them. What I think people are actually saying is "I have zero HTML skill and/or am lazy and want a push button way to clone a website that requires zero work."

I see a ton of people wanting it, so there is a big market for it. Can't name it, but there is a 100% it exists. Google around and it has to be there.

That's true, you will need a firm grasp of HTML, CSS, and JS but you won't need an eye for art since you're just copying straight up.

And if I'm being honest, the people who've spoke about using paid tools to try to automate this job have complained a lot about having to "fix" a few things... so it would be helpful if you knew HTML anyway.

Also... for those of you who want the easy way out I remembered that I've seen these gigs on Fiverr for like $50, just go on fiverr.com and search replicate website.
