Advice on traffic increasement

How would you promote and increase traffic on a free follower niche website? So far I have made a few instagram accounts and a tinder account to spread the message, but I feel like I am shouting in the wind.

To answer your question - buy throw away domains from NameCheap for less than $1. They never last and eventually Google ends up penalising them.

You have to keep looking for the next big new thing and scale it. Don't get caught up polishing a turd.
