A weird question to ask but I myself am trying to make a community like this website in my country but don't know weather it is an illegal or not . And will advertisers place an ads on it ? (" I know markerts will but I from cpc business is it worth it ?")

BHW is not illegal. You will need to check the laws in your own country to find out what is permissible.

underground band

sounds like something illegal and criminal?

It actually not.

Just like that, 'black hat seo' is not illegal.

thanks to you guys yeah i knew it was legal but to be that extra 101% sure and not to be taken down by some governmental shit in future :) .

It's not illegal, we are about blackhat SEO, not blackhat hacking. Blackhat hacking is illegal.

If you find the right advertisers.
right doesn't equals google :P or does it ?

I never let the government interfere with my freedom.

Ah, SEO is about just search engine and mostly Google, and even though they control big part of it, they are not the internet but just a website that ranks other sites using their own Algo.
If I would create a search engine tomorrow and someone will run some techniques that are not allowed in my TOS, would that be illegal? ofcourse not.

The first thing is to define the term "illegal" which might be different for different law aganecies. As for placing ads, it really depends on what kind of business the advertiser has. If I had a seo service, I will never place it on disney.com, but where it should belong.. bhw..

If you don't like us, tahh tahh! if you do.. come join us..

as for being unethical.. ethics is a big thing which can depend on the people you ask. I have seen BHW from 2008 and let me tell you, it used to be a lot darker than this. Right now, BHW is fully compliant with most of the "big advertisers". Google being a cunt will never allow anyone who games it.. lol who cares? As for the ad type ( cpc? Pay per fuck?) .. it does not matter.. grow up.

where all here to try n bend google over but sadly alot of the time its us who get it.
still every once in a while one of gets through like sperm cracking an egg
and makes some $

dude you make it sound like we are in the wild west! ... nothing illegal about it. but you need to have a leach on the shady shit user's talk about like paypal generator...ETC) , just to protect your brand image and attract quality advertisers. but again, you won't be breaking any laws :)

Advice: it's all about your terms of services and your level of moderations.

Do you mean the site itself or content ?

An illegal website is one that has no address / contact us pages etc.

UK limited companies need to provide;

  • the company’s registered number
  • its registered office address
  • where the company is registered (England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland)
  • the fact that it’s a limited company (usually by spelling out the company’s full name including ‘Limited’ or ‘Ltd’)
From May 2018 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force.

EU Cookie Law also applies; All websites owned in the EU or targeted towards EU citizens, are now expected to comply with the law.
