Believe it or not, but to get a really good audit done.. you need to apply proper analysis on the data you see. Now to get that data - yes, there are some pretty good tools out there. let say, i have 2 separate networks, general niche and niche specific ones, both consist of 5 domains each, with 10 different IPs/hosting provider.

You can also use a online website analysis tool for deep SEO audit.
These don't tell you much. There's many of them. But, they're only good for making fancy reports for clients. Anyone can toss one up in 5 minutes. Its only to impress clueless clients.
