vcc / vba stealth paypal/ebay

I am about to open a stealth paypal/ebay account. I am unsure about a couple of things:

I got told i should not my real bank acc/cred card at first when regestering for paypal therefore i should use VCC & VBA. After i do this and my paypal is verified, do i then just change my details to a real bank account ( not linked to other accounts ) so that i can withdraw money from my stealth ebay?

Also, what is the best way to pay ebay/paypal fees? There is a message at the start saying I can automatically allow ebay to take ebay fees from my paypal, not sure if i should do this.

I thought i could just use new normal bank acc / saving acc for each paypal when registering but some people say no, Any help would be great.

You don't really need a real bank account attached to eBay/Paypal until you are ready to withdraw money. IIRC you can even start selling without a bank account attached to paypal unless they changed this relatively recently. The reason people advise to start off with a VBA is you don't want to burn a real bank account on an account that you screw up on.

I have automatic debit from paypal account on all my accounts and I have not had a problem. I figure less transactions between paypal and the bank, the better it is because the names don't exactly match.
