I'm looking for a free blogging service. I already have a blogger account, I can only have one account on my smartphone.

WordPress always deletes my websites for the smallest things. And Weebly doesn't work on my smartphone.

I'm in the CPA marketing niche.
What's the next best thing, I wonder?

Look up jimdo, or overblog.
Both can be scraped for PA 28+ and can index quite easily.

I'm going to look up PA 28+, find out what that means, then I'll check out those blogging platforms, thanks for sharing.

They are free regardless.
PA is irrelevant unless you're using it for SEO purposes.
Disregard it if you meant you were using it purely for blogging.
I just assumed, because it is an SEO forum.

I suggest you to use Your Own Domain Name & Your Own Web Hosting, with this you will have full control of everything :)

I don't have any issues with Tumblr - just make sure you buy those accounts that were created some time ago - old accounts that are at least 3 months or older, and when you change the old account's sub domain to your desired, they consider your account as an old account, and you shouldn't have any issue for abuse, affiliate links, etc.

The next best thing is your own domain name and host. The domain costs ~$10 per year which I think everyone has. Hosting costs more or less the same (shared server) but per month. That way you can be sure you will never be shut down again, unless you overload the shared server that is...
