why can't you just link to their demos and open in a new window

Search for theme switcher plugin. You'll need the theme installed on each site, then give it a parameter to switch the theme when you link to it.

maybe I read it wrong, I thought he was an affiliate, so the original designer would already have a demo, use their resources

No you did not read wrong, this is an affiliate to start with but, main objective is to do the real thing and I am wondering how this people do it so, I can apply it to both.

And is there any free hosting that can be use to host live demos of themes or is not worth it?

I would do it as:
Joomlademo1.mythemeshopdropspanties.com
Drupaldemo1.mythemeshopdropspanties.com
Etc...

Then build live demos on each subdomain as needed, and redirect the subdomain to the affiliate demo when needed.

Why not use subdomain or folder?
On main site just use woo commerce to sell

Yes is a way but, the problem is that demo sites get attacked a lot, so, I was looking to put it a different domain if possible so, does not affect SEO of main site or even in some website that you can do this stuff but, it seems there is none offering this.

I was thinking of using subdomains on domain with same name my main site but using different tld and just use it for theme demos for example:

Main Site: mysite.com

Demos Site: mysite.net
Demos URLs: drupaldemo1.mysite.net
Demos URLs: drupaldemo2.mysite.net

What you think about that?
