Ok, so I could create an RSS feed with my 10k images.

Can I also define a source URL and description in the RSS feed or will the scraper only scrape the image URLs?

That is correct.
Your RSS feed must explicitly display the images.
It can also get the description, and it does obtain the description from the first <p> html element found on every entry.
Finally, it also adds the source URL to the pins obtained from the direct link of each entry.

Feel free to PM me your RSS feed URL, then I can test it out for you -- the RSS import feature is not available in the trial version.

Thank you for reporting this, I have added you on Skype and working on a solution for you

Update 4.0.7.2

Private boards are now also retrieved and can be used in the configuration screen.
If your private boards are missing then you have to re-scrape them by "refreshing" your account or going to "Edit..." and then re-save your account so it can fully perform a login.

yes we certainly are still alive.
Matter of fact, PinBot is soon to be taken over by new owners and they will make it grow and add a lot of new features.
An official update will be sent to all users and posted on this BST in a few days.

Hi there

BST stands for "Buy-Sell thread", meaning it's a thread promoting a product/service on BHW (like this one).
The new owner has taken over all operations and is providing it through PinBot's channels (email, forum and Skype).
Right now they have not (yet) opened a new BST on BHW for PinBot but will do so in the future.

If you have an issue or require support then you must reach out to them.
The new owner has not made any plans to create a new BST yet.

The new owners are very active, I interact with them every day.
They also do their best to reply to emails, Skype and forum every day.
Right now they work on improving the system and PinBot itself, so as soon as they have enough improvements they will make some nice announcements.
