It's cheapest than most popular list services, and it's added the lot of features including only contextual syncs , high pa,da targets, etc. You can have a monthly plan as low as $37/mo. Yes. You can download .SL format as well inside members area. However it's always good to use Syncing as long as it's hands free set and forget.
