Well SEO is evolving and so is blackhat SEO, which is also evolving. The last churn and burn era has passed and gone, and mass link building via churn and burn is no longer possible with present SEO tools or link building list. Unless, if there is a tool which is able to churn out links that are different from the mass, the current SEO tools are simply ineffective. It still can be used, but it cannot be considered as a churn and burn technique.

@john121 SEO will dead when dead search engines. SEO stands for Search engine optimization. As long as Search engines alive (google,bing,yahoo,etc) there is optimizing exists.
