We'll be updating the software regularly for as long as possible. As for "one-time" payment type of license will not exist unfortunately. It was in the ideas but we decided against it for several reasons.

Macro manager is used to save time and instead of writing the same thing over and over, you can create a macro and save it, so the software will just get the information from it directly every time.
For example, you can create a macro called "random comment" and add 50 values (50 random comments) and when you call the macro, the software will choose 1 random comment.

There isn't a "browser" of any type in Nova Automation at the moment. We don't see the point of one at the moment, but there might be one in the future. We don't know that yet. For now we don't have such plans.

On the same computer = unlimited. You can use 1 computer max per license though.

Yes, you can automate accounts differently. For example, we have custom and global projects. In global projects, all the accounts share the same settings/database. In the custom project, you can create as many scripts as you want and choose which accounts will use them. For example, if you create scriptA, you can have 3 accounts use the same script and share those settings.

It depends on your settings. If you use the same script (which I'm assuming you will), then make sure to use the option "Do not follow the same user more than once" is checked and you won't be following any user more than once (from all the accounts using that script).

You can scrape users who liked/commented a photo. However, there are limits by Instagram that doesn't allow you to scrape all of them (if the number is high). I don't know what the limit for comments is, but I know that Instagram doesn't allow you to scrape more than 1,000 users who liked a certain photo.
