4. No, actually we recommend varying it up at least a little. Instead of using Emas only, use long-tails that contain it.
"info about blue widgets" is a good example of this.
"click here" is not a good example as it falls into "misc" category. Not long-tail nor related.
Power of T-Ranks is wasted on anchors like this.
Use web 2.0s or some other link sources for misc anchors.

I'm sorry but EGG indeed isn't available and won't be anytime soon.
Reason is that people have unrealistic expectations in general and/or they underestimate their competition.
This leads to disappointment and blaming T-Ranks.
So that's why the lowest available package from now on is Raptor which is 3 links. That usually gives at least minor improvement even for the hardest keywords out there.
EGG's price per link is the highest by the way - $13/m. Raptor is only $10. The bigger the package, the lower the price per link.
