Any emigration plans?

Bulgaria has EU lowest tax. 10%
That is sweet but I just read you can't own property unless you start some kind of business.
I am from Romania and i love my country but i think the best country to emigrate is ICELAND. This country is wonderful...
I never been there or know anything about it but it certainly has some mystic about it.

And Romania, I know Vlad the Impaler :p and I know women can be quite gorgeous.

Move to Iceland or Canada.
Not as long as Trudeau is PM.
I'm from Hungary actually and it's an awesome country despite our goverment what is more and more authoritarian by every year. The rent increased a lot thanks to airbnb but its still laughable compared to the western countries. If you come here I definitely wouldn't move to the countryside, people don't really speak english there. If you want to buy a house with land, you should do it in the suburbs of Budapest (the capital). It's a beautiful city, with great nightlife and english speaking natives. If you have any specific question about hungary, you can pm me any time.
TBH, I like Orban and his policy :)

I don't really care about the nightlife anymore, I like it nice and quiet surround by my animal family gheghe and I will just take my google translator with me, it speaks these days :) The suburbs would be cool I guess but prices go up also I imagine. I have seen nice houses in the country with big ass land for under 50k, you can't even buy a flat here for 50k.

How much would the rent be and I'm not talking airbnb but from local organisations?

ive been living in Thailand for over 5 years.
How old are you?
Have you looked into Serbia. Most of the propaganda shows it as a devestated country but even though we have low income it is a great place to live as everything is quite cheap and its pretty safe.
No, never checked it yet but have some friend who come from there and have drunk the local potion many times gheghe (strong stuff) but have to research it too.
Mede-nederlander ;)

I would like to live in Bali, in my 3rd year of my Tourism study I will live there for 8 months, but the rules suck, you can't own a property (there are some contracts that you hire it for 30 years, but that still sucks. ) If the rules don't change , I would like to move to the Dutch Carribean.
Bali is paradise, 30 years is not that bad, it's a long ass time and not guaranteed you will be there in 30 years, the Nederlandse Antillen, not sure, I got many friends that are born there and they say it's getting worse also but that would still mean Dutch government and Dutch king :p

You think our country is going to shit too or you got other reasons?

I'm actually planning to move to a big and important city, New York's seems like my personal favorite but I also like the suburb life. Perhaps somewhere in the east coast. I like humid and cold climates, the most beautiful deciduous and conifer trees grow Jn those conditions, and I love trees.

This is one of my main goals of my online business.
I fucking love New York but was there only for 2 days and strangely enough I have been there many times in my dreams.

I wouldnt worry too much about the language, I moved to Quebec, Canada from England 1 and a half years ago and my French is very limited. I mean, it would help if you could learn to language.. as for me, i suck at learning a language :)
lol but yeah, they speak French AND English lol I speak both those languages and I think Canada is beautiful when it comes to the wild but not loving Trudeau plus we can't just go there and become a legal alien.

I think the US is an amazing country (not talking about the governments and BS) but it's kinda hard to get legal over there

All you need to do is have your wife drop a baby on US soil, next time you have a kid, take a vacation and boom... right?

Not planning on kids or a wife ATM or ever maybe, got about 15 years to catch up.

I don't think it works that way though especially not if your wife isn't an American either. The kid can stay but the parents can't if understood correctly.

Oh well you should have told me that before. Then I will change my recommendation for you. Check out Ohrid - Macedonia. I usually go there for summer vacation and recently I found out that Dutch people really like it a lot. The weather is quite different than the rest of the country. It's warm in winter and cold in summer.

Lake near the city.
Nightlife (if you change your mind).
Tons of hiking options.
Cheap property outside of the city (tough infrastructure might be a problem. Don't expect the perfectly paved small roads like in Netherlands)

Check it out.

Not sure, but I was under the impression that the kid was an automatic citizen and if the family stayed long enough it was pretty hard for them to get kicked out since they were raising a US citizen. I'm fairly sure that this is how half of mexico has made their way north and stayed. Might be a bit of a gamble, but I don't know why all of europe doesn't vacation to the US to have their kids so at least their kids have the option when they grow up.

I vote Iceland as well. Someday I want to have a vacation home in Akureyri.

Secondary vote for the US. Go to Seattle and split your time between IM and being a highly-tipped barista somewhere. Then quit the coffee game and do passive IM, hiking those beautiful Pacific Northwest mountains with @Skyebug77

Western-Europe economics are gonna drop hard in the next ~25 years, country's like China , Russia & Brazil are the future. Everything in Holland is way to overpriced, in my small town you pay 575k for a detachted house, you could live for 30 years like a king in Asia with that money. Buying a house in Hungary also could be a smart investment for you, I expect that Eastern countries will become even expensive when the major developing starts over there.
So my major reason is the economics future projections, I want to get out of here before everyone knows what's gonna happen.

It indeed looks very nice and took a quick look at the statistics but I don't like the demographics

So legally you can't stay nontop, you would have to go out every now and then right?

Looks very beautiful but I can imagine things are not very cheap over there though, i still got a couple things on the bucket list I want to do in the US, mainly hire a motorcycle and take route 66.

This is exactly how I think about things, unfortunately there are too many naïeve sheeple in our country that swallows everything voor zoete koek what the NOS and the government is feeding them.

I think more and more people will leave west Europe or at least the ones that can, many will be stuck due to family, job etc but I will feel no pitty for those idiots. They had their chance to make things right and they fucked up now they can suffer the consequences, I will expect many Germans, French will leave their country too and then prices will probably skyrocket in the East. By that time I hope I at least own 2-3 houses depending where I choose to settle.

Brazil has peaked my interest also as income taxes are low, I fucking love Brazilian women!! And Portugese is not that hard to learn.

exactly, same thing here. iam from Latvia.
want to go live in Miami, but visas...

I've obtained a 3 year long US Visa with the reason of traveling to Miami for Christmas and Payoneer payments as financial proof. Now I am obliged to go at least once within 3 years so that I can extend it again for another 3.

Not that hard if you're serious about it.

Brazil?

Have you seen City Of God?

R B1/B2. Not that hard really, and the best part is that the decision is made immediately, they either issue it or not right there, not having to wait weeks etc. The disadvantage is that it's only for tourism, but if one really wants, SSN's are not hard to buy.

That I know but fake SSN are still not the real deal but I guess I wouldn't need it.

Of course you'll do Fed time should you get caught.
Yeah exactly and I want to visit btb and go fishing, not him visiting me in prison. That's why I wouldn't do anything crazy illegal in Thailand either.

Come to Greece.
We have a 24% tax which rises every 1-2 years,we have awfull healthcare, education systems and every other that comes before the word systems.
Right now that we are speaking we have also an awfull firefighting system. Last 4 days a huge forest was burnt out in Athens.
Well hmm what else we have.. Oh we have wonderfull beaches and Mykonos.

No for real, its a really beautifull country with a hell of a nightlife and good, honest people.
Much much alcohol but every other thing here sucks.
Maybe its the alcohol.
Im planning to move out as soon as I finish my studies in Mechanichal Engineering, maybe Germany. Not so fascinating but a good start for my field of studies.

You are talking to an alcoholic who is battling to quit.. thanks brother... :D

I worked in Greece back in 2002 when it was actually still a cool country but Greece is one of the last countries in the EU I want to move to, our country has send billions to Greece and still they are almost bankrupt.

It's really a shame how Greece is doing, it has such a legendary past back in the days!

Germany ey, good luck with that :D
