No I screenshotted it when it was loading I know the email I've signed up with and have access to it the hacked changed the email and password

Yes I'm sure I never logged in on my new phone and I enter my username on the app and clicked get helped signed in

Alright I know your problem. The account you entered above (the one that was blocked out with the red marker) isn't an account name registered with Instagram. I just entered a bunch of random letters and numbers and the account assistance thing popped up for me, but when I enter my personal account that is registered with instagram, the form came up. Make sure that you can still search for your account on Instagram.

The account is registered and I can still search it and maybe cause I never logged in on my new phone

Yep that's it, I just tested it. Yeah the only way to do it is to get the phone you originally signed up the account with and do it from there.

well that sucks, rip. next time enable two factor authentication for your account, it makes your account so much more secure.

I'm not going to stop trying maybe Instagram put a link on report an hacked account I did have that on the hacker bypass it and logged in
