Hey! I can give you a suggestion.
I started 8 months ago with only 1 instagram ( i think it was pets niche ) on my phone and i did all manually. I just used battery and internet. Nothing else. No money invested. I can say i am happy with what i am doing now.
Start small. Create your page. Put some time and effort into it. Try to find good content on the niche you choose, also the quality of the photos you choose matters, so download HD photos if possible. After this follow people on other pages -> max i used to follow each hour is 80-90 people. Stop for 1 hour and start again. Do this for 6 - 7 times a day. Small example -> If you started a pet page - find good and big pages who have pets content and comment on posts, like other peoples comments etc.
Post on daily basis like 2 or 3 times. Try and find good time where you get most likes and engagement.
