Facebook Closed my account down-_-

Facebook closed my account because I was using a last name other then my real one. I have submitted photo ID to them in the past that I used for ad accounts(Which has my real last name), and that never caused them to lock my account until "I changed my last name to acceptable one". They said someone was going to reach out to me Last Monday but still haven't heard anything. This has been frustrating me simply because I make a decent amount of money selling my local groups/ Marketplace. I've sent tons of msgs asking them to respond as they were supposed to:

but get nothing.. I made the mistake today of not changing it to my real last name becuase I figured I would have the option to change it again... that was not the case and it simply says we will be in contact with you if we need further information regarding your Identity. Any Ideas guys as to what I should do?

Facebook's support is awful. Usually, that name change option goes away if you change your name too many times. I know this because there was a time when I was experimenting with different names before I legally changed mine.

Normally, I'd say to try to "nudge" them by sending in another support request, but there's a good chance you'll just get an automated reply. Still, if it's important to you, I suppose it's worth a try.

No problem dude u will get back wait for 2 weeks then write detail mail explain ning about your first and last name different from your original, they will send you a link that will reactivate your account, I got my fb back same way after 10 plus email and photo ID exchange

They let me back in with a name change.

What finally did it? More emails? Did you speak to a support rep?

I got canned twice trying to create a profile. Once with a last name that was not mine, second with a last name that was mine. Both were eventually flagged and the accounts were shut down.

sorry for hijacking a bit the thread - but i have similar problem with my FB ad account
FB disabled it for policy violation but i believe it was their mistake as i promote totally white hat ads
i wrote to their support 3 days ago but still no reply
anyone got their ad account back after disabling?
