your thread is STILL not approved? bro....last time i did a shitlist it took MAX 30 min....what are they hiding lol

I'm sure he gave the company the 72 hours notice as is required for that section.

This is a pretty common practice nowadays. Please tell me you guys didn't really thing your lifetime license was going to literally last for the rest of your lives?

As @I know SEO stated, @weblues can do as he pleases. Is this a complete load of horseshit? Absolutely. Is this a bad business move? For sure. Is this money-grabbing because Followliker thinks they are the only service on the market? Very much so. But it's his game. The only thing you can do if you aren't pleased with this action is to cancel your subscription and move to a different product.

The only way to get this resolved by @weblues is to open a shitlist. It seems that the FL support is very thin. I think a "class action" shitlist of the product which threatens his very lucrative sales thread, which is probably a good percentage of business, would cause some action. But you lazy fucks actually have to do it.

Sincerely,

I don't quite agree. Follow-likercan do as they please to NEW customers. Existing customers must remain the same as they day the bought a license otherwise it's fraud. They can't even charge for support because tat was included in the purchase terms; when users bought the product they were promised to, at the very least, be able to use the software, get updates and have support for a one time fee, it was in fact stated that it would last a lifetime. I'd you charge afterwards is a complete scam.

It's like you spend 20 000 in a new car and several months after you're told you have to pay 1 500 per moth to use it, otherwise the car won't move.

And I'm not a buyer but I'm an to be a seller and I know what they just did is ilegal and can get sued the fuck out of them. If this case were to go to court they'd loose in the blink of an eye.

In my eyes this is fraud, they should respect their lifetime licenses and enforce grandfather policies, cutting us off In September is also a spit in the face.

Hopefully, they do a 360 and honor the older users like me 5+ years.

I run one account on one module, and make no profit from this account, a monthly subscription model is not suitable, the lifetime model is why I bought this product in the first place.

------------------------------------------

Dear NAME,

For many years, we have offered FollowLiker with unlimited support and we constantly add great features and updates. None of those things are changing! We are committed to providing an integrated social media automation solution at a price everyone can afford.

So what is changing? FollowLiker has grown to be a must-have tool for all categories of social media marketers. Over time, the usage of FollowLiker has grown significantly to the point where we now have several millions of accounts being managed with the program. Also, the social networks have began to change the rate at which they update their systems and the rate at which new features are added.

While we are excited by the exponential growth in the industry, we also want to ensure that we can maintain our commitment to offering unlimited access to the key and upcoming features to all users. To keep this commitment and to ensure the survival of the FollowLiker program, we are introducing a $5.99 monthly subscription.

This subscription plan will do two things:

- Allow the FollowLiker team to employ more hands in handling the frequent changes being made by the social networks.
- Increase the number of FollowLiker license servers distributed around the world.

Monthly subscription is on per-license basis. Payment will occur only once a month regardless of the number modules under a license. If two licenses are merged, monthly subscription for one of the licenses will be canceled.

You will be required to key into the subscription program on or before September 1, 2017. You can do that by clicking the "Help->Renew Subscription" menu in the software.

Thanks for your patronage, support and understanding.

Regards,
The Follow Liker Team

Anyone heard of followinglike? Also please update us when the shit list is approved. Thanks.

This new sub system is really nonsense. There are 2 types of people:
1- Needs to pay monthly small amounts
2- Pay 1 time big amount and use forever.

I always feel like second one is more logical for a longtime usage of a service. And that always includes lifetime priority support.
Cause one-time payments means whole a lot of support & trust by their users for a service or product.

So, FL guys now trying to change this good/old system. This is not ethical at all
They can start a new plan to new customers.
Even they can make paid supports (Pay by every support ticket)

But they can't make it monthly subscription system to a lifetime customers.

I got 4 editions TW, IG, PIN, TMBLR of FL.
Do I have to pay 4 license monthly??
This is bullshit!

By the way, not sure if it's coincidence or are they doing something tot he system. My settings hasn't changed, but engagement is halved.

This 100%.

To be professional I have to remain impartial and this is my personal opinion and not that of BHW, but this is the type of move you make when you think you are the only option in your niche or you are SUPER confident in your product. And even then, there is a right and wrong way to do this... IMO they have not done a good job here.

I've reviewed between 5 and 10 instagram software suites in my time in my role, FL has lots of competition which I would personally be concerned with if I owned FL... I can't name these options as that would be unfair to any I forget about but I'm sure 15 mins of looking in our social media marketplace would bring up possible replacements for you all if you're not happy with the $5.99 charge.

I'm more than happy to handle any shit lists here, I've already checked their terms and conditions, they don't explicitly mention the right to raise prices or pull licenses in the way they are saying they will which is lame. In my eyes it's reasonable to expect lifetime service for a lifetime license purchase and this seriously would not be something I expect so I'm sympathetic to you all.

However, @weblues has not spoken yet. Let's not get upset yet.

@I know SEO,
Thank you for being honest. I also understand what you mean. I have been a fl customer since they started on BHW, can you please hear me out?

Over the years, I ended up getting 10 total fl licenses. You see, fl has a bug in their program where we cannot run more than 6-8 accounts properly per 1 campaign. This bug has been there for over 3 yrs in which they refused to fix.

Whenever I would ask them to fix, fl support simply advised me to create a new campaign every 6-8 accounts. Mind you each campaign eats up hell of CPU. So this required me to get additional servers & additional fl licenses (which they also advised me to do).

So now I have to pay $6/month per 1 license. This means I have to pay $60/month. This means $720/year. All from purchasing *lifetime license* minus monthly fees. If I knew this would happen (as they always highlighted the fact that their license is only 1 time fee) I wouldn't have spent all that money and time.

How does this make sense? Also, one of the main reasons I've purchased fl to start with is because I thought BHW had very strict rules sellers must follow so I felt protected as buyer.

You have stated @weblues can do whatever he wants. So this means, any sellers on BHW could advertise as *free lifetime, no monthly fee* and once sold they could simply change the next day to *$1-1000/monthly fee*?

Where is the protection of the buyers in this case? Just a thought. Thank you for listening to all of us!

PS - I know at least 8+ people who are fl customers with multiple licenses for exact same reason as mine. Purchasing multiple licenses was/is the only viable reason to run many accounts with fl. This is a fact and fl support is very aware of it.

It seems that I need additional English classes. When something is final, it means it cannot be changed, set in stone. Guess not, silly me.

why the above getting ignored?

I think a fairer way for them to charge will be $6/mth for priority support. Which means for those looking to get fast support. They should still have normal support for existing customers.

I believe they're charging $6 per email address. Which means if you have 4 of their modules under 1 email, you still pay $6/mth.

I am afraid not. In their email it states - "Monthly support subscription is on per-license basis. "

So according to above line, if you have 10 licenses then I would be charged $6 per license = $60/month

got this response today;

Payment for licenses is still one-time.

The subscription plan will start in September and not now.

We had no option but to start charging for support. The other option was to shutdown like the other competitors which will be a bad decision, considering the number of people whose businesses depend on FollowLiker and the promises we have made to all users.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

How many total licenses/modules do you have? Also, I used to be able to run up to 20-30 accounts per campaign.
