1st which country account you want . 2nd once your making money site is banned in Adsense then you never use this domain with new Adsense because ads not showing on this website. Method if you want use this domain then you have only one way . Use 301 redirect your old domain to new domain and you not loss you indexing or seo. And last use new address and bank account . If you use previous bank account and address as result your account banned chances. I hope you understand. If you have any other questions then please ask to me .
