whole lot of people talking shit about stuff they haven't tried before.. OP i have been paid before using pure traffic exchange traffic - i also have been paid using proxies only traffic, there are "adnetworks " out there under the mask of PTP [ paid to promote - google it ] that don't give a shit where your traffic come from cause they get paid on CPM, hell there are a few of those have " We accept traffic from jingling [ bot traffic ] and traffic exchanges ".. just google it its all there. or head over TBN, lots of fucking kids but you will find what you are asking for with tutorials and shit in its own dedicated section

Dude those networks accept MASKED REF only traffic from exchangers, and they pay like 0.25 per 1000 UNIQUE visits.
You wont make much from that

doesn't matter how much you make, you can be a little smarter and cut the middle man to find those paying networks. i imagine you will get more than that .25 per 1k.
