I've told many times, yes... but you need to learn basics about using Android Studio - max 1 week learning and few tutorials. Also many source codes ready to use are in community section. However, to use these codes you need to learn how to use Android Studio. It's very simple even for noobs.

Hello Am an android app developer with a deep knowledge on Android and work comfortably with Android studio. I have been working on Android for a long time, I have a couple of apps on play store.
Am looking for someone to work with, we'll share ideas and work together collectively to build many app, if you don't know how to code, I can do all the coding, then you just need to promote the apps for more downloads, reviews and ratings.
