So, summer is coming, I've never lived a summer as a creator on YouTube, I'm very excited ! I'll restart to post 1 video/day (or more) and probably hire a new guy to help me. So, we'll be 3.

Hello OP I try to read most of your thread and didnt see these questions. Whenever you can please answer me. I have a Youtube channel Spanish, with 3,780 subs and growing. I'm also making videos almost daily, find my questions below:
1) You said that you mention similar channel on your description, how many channels you mention and where in your description?, Top, bottom etc.
2) You said you put Title and Youtube url on description, again, top or bottom?
3) How many tags are you using?
4) Are you putting tags on video's description? Example: Related Search terms etc etc1 etc2
5) Have you use Adwords?

I will start a new Journal today as now I'm making money from multiple source but every time I make a journal I feel like my motivation and energy levels increase by a lot. Feel free to drop by, maybe you will be able to give me some advice based on my current stats. Thank you!

1) 2-3, bottom
2) not url, only title, under the channels names.
3) I don't count my tags but (~15-20)
4) I make a summary of the video where I put keywords.
5) No, but I would like to try it.
 
I have also started some youtube channels to test some new techniques, Kindly share any useful method if you get any on this journey.

Restarted to post 1 video/day, it's actually pretty good (300k views/day)

40M Views (+1M views)

I'm now at ~100k/day (I got a buzz, a video reached +400k views)

Since 6 DAYS :

291,5K (+6,5K subs)
40,8M Views (+800k views) (3 days late)

I'm now at ~200k view/day
