Based on the feedback in this thread and the fact he's been an active member here for years, I don't think he's a scammer.

I added $15 to his service about 2 weeks ago, and the credits were added. It's just the spending of them that isn't progressing for me.

I messaged you on Skype 11 days ago, after depositing money/placing an order weeks ago that now can't be used*. I've yet to hear back from you.

*Can't be used because you only take bulk orders of 100k+ now, order was for 5k, and just sits there untouched. My $15 deposit (of which $11 is left) is now unusable at the new rates too. No word on change, just a sudden change which means I'm out of money and didn't receive what I paid for.
