you cannot receive money with the vcc you can only spend cash that is preloaded on the vcc.

you can provide your own name or any random name and any America billing address which will be assigned to the card.

Yes I have multiple vcc and the one that work for Bing as not being working directly with Bing again except via PayPal.Hi,
Now i am not sure - first you said your vcc is not supported for Bing ads, now you said or is... So is it or not?Or you have multiple vcc types?

REVIEW OF THIS PRODUCT
I requested 5 vcc with 5 dollar balance and paid him $100 and he told me it will take 2 hours for delivery. 3 hours later he told me if I want 5 dollar balance I have to will till tomorrow unless I raise the card balance to $15 so I agreed and paid him extra $50 ( 5 cards) dollars he told me it will take 10 15 minutes he stopped replying till the next day and he told me i got to pay him $60 dollars if i want the cards to get regenerated twice so $12 for each card to get regenerated. I was pretty pissed and asked for a refund he refused to refund since the cards are generated I was fed up with this guys bullshit so I paid the money ($60) to get done with this he said it will take 10-15 minutes and NOW it's 24 hours later he hasn't responded to his skype or anything. I advise you do not buy from this guy and I'm opening a shit list. Total Paid Amount: $200

Hi sorry for what happened you added an imposter. Am not the one you contacted on Skype, there is a scammer who created an acc with the Skype username admincls ( live:247virtualcard) why my username is [email protected] "we only accept btc, perfectlymoney..". I have never had any problem with my clients. Pls provide your skype username or send me as pm and I Will add you.

I have actually bought from the real seller now which is Donawoite. He delivered the vcc on time and a great seller. My apologies unfortunately was my fault adding a scammer. He also gave me good deal since i got scammed for $200. Recommend this seller.
