GAS SER still good?

Hi!

I just remembered that I own GSA SER and 2 more of GSA tools which I'm not using. Are they still delivering good results? I'm not thinking to use them for myself but I could sell related services on fiverr, cuz basically they are just sitting without any work.

I think @Shaunm recently said that he ranked a couple of his projects just by using mostly GSA. So it's definitely possible.

Just don't expect it to be no brainer.

I feel bad for anyone who purchases your gig when you have to ask questions like this with the potential of you then going off and setting up "services" if people say yes....

This, my pages ain't top three yet but they are climbing through the SERPs with them having nice jumps now and then.

If you're not going to use it, sell it, or better yet, get it installed onto a VPS and rent it out.
Not sure whether that would work or not, but there are plenty of people out there who would LOVE to use it without having to pay the upfront cost.

Yeah, i would really feel bad for anyone who gets your gig too, they'll have their websites penalized a few weeks after it ranks because in no way GSA links will pass a manual review from big G. And you may get negative Fiverr reviews.

I would reach out to those on the VPS thread mate. Let them know you've got your account for sale for cheap and that it would be suitable for SEO-Enthusiasts without paying mad upfront costs.
That or rent your account out to them - or something

How did you come to the conclusion that utilizing a tool would be picked up by Google?? I think if you've got the settings wrong, then yes you would have issues, but not always and its not like you can't disavow the badlinks.

Not after Penguin 4.0 buddy, unnatural backlinks are red flagged by the algorithm and once they bubble up, Google has a team that will manually check your backlinks and i highly doubt GSA Links will pass that review, that will leave you with a manual penalty that could take a long time to lift. Let alone if you're in a competitive niche and have competitors snitch on you and report you to Google, that will get you an instant manual penalty. And disavowing links WILL NOT work, i see a lot of people saying that here and on MOZ forums, You need to have control over the backlinks to remove any badlinks anytime. Sadly these new updates from google are making Negative SEO a LOT easier than SEO itself, you could simply spam your competitors with GSA with related keywords as well as some high risk keywords, like adult stuff then report the site to Google and it will be penalized...

I use it daily for mass automated link building. If you have a diverse enough link profile you can slip in some contextual GSA links, just make sure the content is readable and post articles without links in the account as well.

Google doesn't know if it's a manual or automatic submission. GSA has a steep learning curve but if you know what you're doing you can drip feed contextual links daily from real English sites.

Not sure how you came to that. The URLS that you scrape and import for use in GSA is up to what ever tool and measures that one would take to ensure that a high percentile are contextual (or related).
Many still use SB to do this, and therefore GSA can still be utilised for that. Don't think straight down the line - there is always a way around it

Yes and no - There was always the threat of others linking BS to your money site and capping you - that has never changed, and to think that penguin will ultimately destroy all your hardwork doesn't make sense.
Its how you automate and at what speed, what setting, and what IP's your blasting your links to and from.

I'll agree that the algo is better (there have been some who were affected, yet majority of them with some work were able to recover) . You mention unnatural, define what that is and I guarantee there is a way to set GSA to make it look 'natural.'

Remember - those who are use GSA and getting garbage would be using terrible settings, and just linking to who knows what URL they are scraping - Thats obviously going to get flagged eventually.
Be smart, go slow, get URLS and filter/vet them before use, and use articles that you've either hand written or hand spun and passed copy scrape to minimise detection (its not fool proof - but it defintely improves your chances of getting good SEO results)

I am sure it will still work - afterall its just a tool for posting content/links to websites. So as long as SEO is working, GSA will work.
Keep in mind that you are either doing short term rank and bank (Which I am guessing will be pretty hard to do now) or you need to have something pretty decent set up in terms of tiered structure to keep everything thats near to your money site high quality.

Any strategy or site you can share to use GSA to get links from .edu, .gov and high DA sites ? But it has to be HIGH QUALITY, I have GSA SER, Captcha Breaker, DBC with over $150, 50 semi-dedi proxies and KM3 as well as scrapebox.
