Better go with the basic packages & not specific like PBNs or High Authority links & see if it works for you!

For low competition keywords it's much easier to rank than for high competition ones. I'ts better to start with onpage SEO, optimize your pictures, meta titles and descriptions, do proper interlinking tc. if your keywords are low competition you'll rank soon. Backlinks will definitely help too, but only relevant ones from web pages having content correlated to yours.

It looks like links from specific URL that has good TF may be able to boost your ranking in the process. There's also Moz and Ahrefs metrics, which I place second and third, but a good site URL with high TF may work though. Normally a high TF page would command good $$ in the process, and it's not cheap.

Kwfinder results are similar to keysearch for comp, here's an easy one to put to test without knowing your top 20 Google competitors brother...
Powerful DA 25+ domain (1-2 at most) and this repertoire would work fine without mentioning the main
EMD keyword as anchor. Just naked URLs, brand URL, LSI terms with multiple keywords/key phrases.
And will just copy/paste one that works well as well. Won't get you #1 at Googe never on the spot, but surely
