@kvchosting - I recently started a project which require just 1 VPS sponsorship (Linux, Ubuntu).
We're a torrent leeching service (converting torrents into direct links) - We're called "Dorrents"
We already have unlimited file storage cloud, we just want only 1 VPS which will be used for downloading the torrents and uploading them to the cloud storage of Dorrents.

can the cheapest plan hold 200 people a day visiting my site? cause im using wordpress and im using poweruphosting but people complain that it takes 5 minutes to load my site sometimes.

You get unlimited disk space for hosting for files and folders. However you cannot use it to store backups.

You have not the paid invoice yet so VPS is not being delivered
This has been mentioned in ticket which has been opened as well
You will need to clear the invoice to get the vps delivered
