For one VPS, you can use the following coupon 20WINVPSOFF which would give you 20% on your first month.

This question is very interesting and would require a long story but to make it short. Yes, you can but don't expect a ROI on your VPS though but a passive mining is entirely possible while you work on others tasks.
We are working on an offer with some very special configuration and CP architecture which may bring a ROI but nothing conclusive yet so it is far from being the case at this very moment. We shall see where the crypto value is going though

We don't make a single cent on VAT as it is paid to our government monthly.
That being said, I do understand how you could feel with it but we are tied to apply VAT to all EU individuals and company without a VAT number and all non EU individuals as well.
That being said, the VAT is waived for non EU company. Basically, if you populate the field with your company name, it would waive the VAT at the last step.
