Nope. My original title was something else. Anyway, English has some weird rules, which ESL speakers might not know. The image was just a way to support that.

Definitely an interesting read. English (as many may or may not know) is the most difficult language in the world to "learn". There are a ton of grammatical/formatting rules which makes it difficult for many to grasp the proper use/spelling of the language.
The article you shared though is quite accurate in terms of "if it doesn't sound right it probably isn't".
This is often times very true and as specified in the post it's a rule that most follow without understanding the principal of the rule(s) itself.

Yep, the best way to know if it's good is to read it out, and if it sounds weird, you know something's wrong. I do that when I've a lot to sort through.

Did you know that dogs don't actually say "bark" and "woof" ? It only sounds like they do, but the sounds they make are actually closer to "ow/how" and "arhf". The language is such that our minds fill in the blanks. Live in the countryside next to animals long enough and you'll begin to hear the "moo" and "baa" as "oowaaoo" and "wwwehhhhhh", because the first letters actually sound silent.
Animals don't have a written language. Next time listen to your cat and you will no longer hear a "meow", but something closer to a "wyarruu". Actually, you can make it sound like just about anything you want.
