Overwhelmed with where to start

Keep in mind, that Udemy courses cost never more than $15-$20 and sometimes $10, you just need to look for the coupon for that month.

You can find many of them also here https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/member-downloads.29/ go check the first 5 pages or so.

whats so good in udemy?

Well, most of these experienced Marketeers will say it sucks which is correct when you are experienced but for beginners it's great to learn something totally new as most on it is made for beginners.

I started with Udemy courses and when I was a total noob in IM I learned much from it, now I got advanced training courses which are not sold on Udemy but even so, every now and then as an experienced marketeer you will pick up something new from Udemy.

Dear Fellow Entrepreneurs,

Take pity on this poor soul. Trying to get started here and have no idea how to even take the first step. I know it involves a website, niche etc. But what host to choose and why and ???????

As I'm in a similar position, perhaps just a little further down the road I have to agree with a lot of what has been written already, try not to overthink things, imperfect action is better than perfect inaction. There are so many different methods that it is easy to fall into the 'shiny object' trap, trying to follow too many courses of action leaves you spread too thin, decide on one and get going with it.
As you have an interest and knowledge of music then perhaps there is an angle there, are you competent enough to teach others?

I have actually taught music in college in the past but although writing music is a passion, delivering lessons is not. I would much rather get involved in performance videos to share and maybe sprinkle in some informative stuff along the way.

I was thinking maybe of video classes via skillshare, udemy, teachable or similar platform. Once the courses are set up you could get passive income from them, teaching one to many rather than one on one.
Maybe performance videos uploaded to Youtube with links to affiliate offers, courses and/or your own site, facebook page/group?

You are probably right about taking this angle, its make the most sense, I might be forced into considering this route. Can one upload the same course to all of those sites or does the site take authorship rights? Oh boy, more thinking ahead.

Really though thanks for everyone's input!!

Well once again I'm jumping the gun and finding an excuse not to JUST FKN START! Time to soul search about what product I truly can get behind delivering.
