Risk of Webcam Model Suing Me?

Okay so I'm trying out Adrian122's guide on making money through affiliate programs with webcam websites. Basically how it works is you:

1. Sign up with Chaturbate's affiliate program and get your affiliate link.
2. Purchase a nice domain name that redirects to your affiliate link.
3. Upload videos to tube sites and promote your domain (affiliate link).

He keeps saying that as long as you don't watermark the video or add an intro/outro the worst that can happen to you is that your videos get taken down or your account gets banned on the tube site.

I am using an intro as well as a watermark, could I get into big trouble by doing this? I plan on using a bot to upload around 100 videos a day.

If there's a big risk is there anyway I can be safe? Perhaps switching from godaddy to an off shore host for my domain? Would that protect me from getting sued? Thanks in advanced

less than .01% chance of bad stuff happening if you ask me. dmca's are inevitable but never heard of legal action. worst case maybe fake email from a lawyer to scare you.
you can use offshore host and registrar to add a layer of security
weakest link is usually your affiliate network link. a smart person can trace it back to your network and contact your manager saying "affiliate #xyz is doing bad things".

I'm not sure what you mean by my "request" I'm seeking advice from experienced users. Also, I don't see how a TOR browser would help me out. The problem is the models finding their videos with my watermark on tube sites.
