hacko asked me to post my honest review about his service, so here it is.
The Good:
- The service delivers exactly what it promises, sites that rank for low competition buyer keywords.
- The keywords rank at the spots you see in the thread, with a few quality links they should easily get to page1, hopefully top3.
- The sites look good, have a custom logo and the articles are quality ones, though they could be a bit longer.
- The OP provided instructions on how to move the site easily to my hosting, so he did all he could to make the transaction smooth.
- After seeing the keywords, I got some ideas and created my own method to find longtail keywords fast are easy to rank. Not exactly the services merit, but I think I should mention this too.
The Bad:
- I paid $499, as I used the 50off coupon, because the original price was $549. The site I got had 1800 total search volume and an average product price of $400. I knew this before buying the website and I was cool with everything.
What I didn't know is that 2 days later he would have a site for sale for $499 (without coupon) with 2300 total search that had an average product price of $1400. If I knew I could get such a site for the same money, which would bring me 2-3x more money, of course I would have chosen that site.
Now about 1 week later he has a site for sale for $379 ($449 and he gives you a 70off coupon to get it cheaper) with a search volume of 3000 (it is 5350, but says the 2.4K search volume key is not available on amazon, so lets say 3000 total search volume) with a product price of $500.
So the latest site is 30% cheaper than the site I bought and has 70% more search volume + the product price is higher.
We can said that I pretty much paid double of what I should have paid, if I check the current available prices.
tl;dr The service delivers exactly what they promised, but hacko should price his sites correctly, he should be fair with his buyers, so old buyers won't feel cheated.
My overall rating for the service is 8/10, would have been 9.5/10 if there wouldn't be the price issue and I probably would have bought more sites from you.

Thabk you for your review. Please note that a HUGE factor in pricing is current ranks - page 5 and page 2 onviously aren't the same value. I also keep track how long it takes a certain site to sell - then I might do a discount or decide to keep the site.
I get your point, but I do feel that we should reserve the right to price each differently as they're all unique in their own way. With that being said, we'll also try to be more consisent if it appears to be an issue

out of stock at present,

Alright bought a site a couple of days back, and my review is below. (Please do note I am no expert with amazon aff. sites)
Process of purchase was pretty painless – bought from his website (on which you provide your BHW username), received a PM around a day after on domain details and SERP. Ranking is exactly like promised. Transfer happened relatively fast after your provide your User and ID on the domain name registrar. The transfer of web content to my own host isn't too difficult – site was hosted on wordpress, a plugin is used for easy transfer, some instructions are given and more details on how to transfer can be found on the internet easily enough.
Content of the website looks alright – the articles are decent and natural. Structure of the pages seems good. Simple site logo and favicon files are included.
Seller was also friendly and was a great help.
