Thanks for this. I've looked and yes they do followers but I need to make sure that they can provide small amounts of followers for Playlists and not actual Artist accounts. I keep spending small amounts to test (that add up) all over the place to be told that afterwards they can't do it so getting a little disillusioned over this.

Just spoken to guy at digitviews.com again and now he says he can do it but the service is offline for 2 hours but we're going to run a test in 2 hours when the Service is back up and running so will keep folks posted.

I'm pretty sure the suppliers who sell these views do so at low rates like 0.03/1k. They don't speak much English so only a few people have contact with them and these people claim to be real suppliers in the English markets and sell at 0.06 which then sell to larger panels. Although back when we were supplying views we had to buy proxies and thats what cost us most of the money and the cost was 0.04/1k to generate but i can imagine having a large network of botnet proxies could let you get extremely cheap views. Even as low as 0.01/1k.

Regarding digitviews.com.......what can I say? I could go on about this but it would just turn into an exercise in "spleen venting". Disappointed in this lot in that I spoke to the person behind the panel via Skype and we spelt out exactly what our requirements were and initially the reply was "no we can only supply artist followers and not playlist followers". I asked why the difference as manually the process is the same to which the replay came "yes we can do it but the Panel/Service is down for 2 hours".

2 Hours later...."yes we can but need to wait for 30 mins to get Services up and running".

4 1/2 hours later and nothing.

I asked a specific question at the outset.."can you do this and if not tell me new and we'll move on"...the reply was yes we can do it but then nothing. One can only hope that whatever happened to the poor chap wasn't that serious to explain disappearing like that?

From where did you get this information? I have my own SMM panel and I am looking for cheapest youtube views provider (from first hand) with prices no higher than $0.1 per 1k

From which provider they use their API for SMM services in Marketplace section? Or every people in the marketplace have they own server / followers, so that they can inject by themselves? I'm a reseller but I can't find the real provider who can give me lowest & quality services. I can get the lowest price for instagram followers for $0.95 and they are non-drop.

They're all technically reselling. If someone is attempting to become a provider with absolutely no outsourcing/reselling & 100% control of the accounts/servers used, they wouldn't be able to provide a majority of the services you see. Your best bet is just to find out who offers the cheapest price for x service and resell from them.
