In a public forum you are going to have people comment and if the comments are relevant, and those that are pointing out that what you are asking for is quite unreasonable are relevant, they belong in the thread whether you want them in there or not.

In fact, the "advice" is shared for you to read if you choose (you can igmore those posts if you want) as well as to stave off anyone that would consider working under those conditions.

OP why don't you write your budget and why not 50-50 deal.
Let's say, if you have $2K or more budget write it over here and pay 50 upfront and get the job done and pay the rest.
