You are asking for someone to rank any niche site in a week or two and that is almost always an unrealistic request.
I'm sure someone could get you ranked for the niche, lkjhwr;oyrp8y2LDKFGJLHWEIOkkwqlih!^&, in a week but if your niche is payday loans it is not going to happen.

What about if you use your zx spectrum technique? That shouldn't take too long to rank. I'd ask for payments up front though due to the cost of running the tape deck etc.
